Arrivals and departures are standard on Friday, Saturday and Monday. On the day of arrival the house is available from 15.00 and on the day of departure it is necessary to leave the house by 10.00.
Minimum stay is 2 nights. In high seasons (Christmas, New Year's Eve, spring and summer holidays) stays are possible for 7, 14, 21 or 28 nights with arrival on Saturday. Before entering the accommodation, the tenant is obliged to pay a deposit of 3,000 CZK to 5,000 CZK for each rented house by credit card. Only in some cases cash deposit can be paid. The deposit is blocked for 14 days and then automatically released. Upon arrival, the tenant is obliged to inspect the rented house and submit a confirmed house inspection form. Upon departure, the house will be checked by a site employee. Possible damages caused by the tenant shall be paid by the tenant from the deposit. The deposit or any remaining amount will be returned to the lessee or the user after deduction for damage to the inventory, rented object or other costs. Any further claims for damages exceeding the amount for damages do not terminate with this refund of the deposit.
It is required to pay 100% of the accommodation price within 30 days prior to the start of your stay, as always indicated on the booking confirmation.
If you book a stay for a non-refundable price, you must pay your stay within 7 days of booking, as always indicated on the confirmation.
WITHDRAWAL FROM STAY / CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation / cancellation, you will be charged cancellation fees. Cancellation fees are 100% of the total cancellation cost 28 days or less prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation / cancellation of the stay at the so-called non-refundable price, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total cost at any time after booking. If you do not arrive within 24 hours of the contractual arrival date without giving any details, your booking will be given the status of “No Show”.
