Accommodation services can be provided to anyone who has no symptoms of covid-19 and proves that they meet one of the following conditions (this does not apply to children under 6 years of age):
Vaccination - actualisation from 9.7.2021 The point of vaccination is satisfied by anyone who proves that
(a) at least 14 days have elapsed since the second dose of vaccine in the case of a two-dose schedule under the SPC, has been administered in the case of a two-dose schedule under the SPC, or
(b) at least 14 days have elapsed since the application of the vaccine dose in the case of a single dose schedule under the SPC.
Vaccination is demonstrated by the card you received after the vaccine was given at the vaccination site or by a certificate.
Negative test The negative test point satisfies anyone who proves that
(a) has undergone a negative RT-PCR test for the presence of SARSCoV-2 virus with a negative result no later than 7 days, or
(b) has passed a POC test for SARS CoV-2 antigen with a negative result no later than 72 hours ago.
A negative test result is proven by a message from the collection center or a certificate.
Protection period after illness Anyone who proves that he has had a laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 disease, the isolation period according to the valid emergency measure of the Ministry of Health and the first positive POC antigen test for SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen or RT-PCR has passed the disease point. the SARS-CoV-2 virus test did not elapse more than 180 days.
The disease is proven by an SMS message about a positive test from the collection center or a certificate.
Before entering an accommodation facility, you must meet at least one of the following conditions:
a) O-N-T system (see above)
b) You prove that you underwent a preventive antigenic self-test on the spot with a negative result (price fo test 99 CZK / person)
Furthermore, you will sign an affidavit of the above for all persons.

The day of your departure it is necessary you leave the house by 10:00.

If you come later, do not worry. We will put your keys to the night safe which is on the wall of the reception building. We will send you the code by e-mail one day before your arrival or we will text it to your phone.

How can I pay?
We accept cash in CZK, EUR and we accept most of the cards.
What is the deposit and why do I have to pay it?
The deposit is an amount of money we require at the arival and it is refundable. All of the houses have their own owner and we try to maintain the houses in great conditions. That is why we require deposits from our guests to cover potential damages of the house, garden or the area.
The most often there are issues with broken glasses, lost cutlery, broken plates but also with parking on the lawn, dirty walls or damaged furniture (mostly by pets).
You should check the house at your arrival (we checked it during the cleaning and before your arrival). In case you find some defects, you can report it at the reception and we will check it. When there will be defects found at your departure, we would use the money of your deposit to fix them.
The deposit it 3.000 CZK per house and it is paid by a credit card. The amount is blocked during 14 days (depending on your bank).
Villas & Bungalows are fully equipped. There is a dishwascher, combined microwave oven, toaster, jug kettle, coffee machine. Further of couse plates, glasses, cups and cutlery.
A your arrival you will always be provided:
- beds with sheets
- bath towel & handtowel for each guest
- dish towels
- 3 tablets to the dishwasher
- toilet paper
We recommend you to take with:
- special tools that are not usualy part of the equipment
- hair dryer (you can rent one at the reception)
- personal hygienic and sanitary equipment (soap, shower gel, shampoo)
Is there a wi-fi in the house?
Yes, each house has its own wi-fi network.
You will find log-in and password in a handbook that is in the house.
You can connect to the wi-fi network for free, there are no restrictions of the number of users.
Is there a BBQ in the house?
Grill is not directly in the house, however, you can rent it at the reception, including the charcoal and cutlery.
Does the house has a fireplace? Can I use it?
Of course. And we think it completes the magical atmosphere.
No need to take wood with you. At the reception we will sell you for 129 CZK a package of 10 kg briquettes inclunding a fire starter. It will be sufficient for 1-2 evenings.
Warning: do not put anything on the fireplace and watch your children. The surface is very hot while using the fireplace.
Where can we put our bikes?
You can store your bikes or skis in the houses in the technical room. If they don't fit, then we have a bike shed in the reception building. You will receive the keys to the bike shed immediately upon arrival, so you can store or pick them up at any time.
We strongly recommend that you do not leave your bikes or skis overnight on the land of the house, but store them in the technical room or bike shed at the reception.
Is there a laundry in the area?
Ano. Přímo v budově recepce je prádelna se 2 pračkami a 2 sušičkami. Klíče od prádelny dstáváte při příjezdu, můžete tak prádelnu využívat kdy chcete a nejste vázáni na otvírací dobu recepce.
Pračka je Vám k dispozici za 100 Kč na 3 hodiny (můžete zvolit i několik krátších programů).
Sušička je pak za 70 Kč na 3 hodiny a opět platí, že můžete zvolit několik kratších programů.
V prádelně je mincovník, je tedy nutné abyste měli české mince v hodnotě 10 Kč, 20 Kč nebo 50 Kč.
Prací kapsle můžete zakoupit an recepci za 20 Kč / kapsle.
Can I bring a dog with me?
Dogs are in most of the houses welcome. However we need to know about taking your pets with you during reservation, so that we choose the right house for you.
We charge 130 CZK / dog/ day.
Dogs are not allowed to run around the premises freely and you as their owners are responsible for them.
Where is the nearest beach?
The nearest beach is about 300 meters from Residence Lipno.
Walk down the hill from Residence Lipno toward the main road, cross it and go through the areal of Amenity Resort to the grassy beach.
How to get to Lipno Ski Resort?
Lipno Ski Resort is about 1,2 km from Residence Lipno.
You can get there by skibus that stops at the main road (ca. 200 m from RL).
You can use skidepot right in the Ski Resort where you can leave your shoes and skis.
Where is the nearest store?
The nearest shop (COOP) is at the parking lot by Lipno Ski Resort about 1,2 km from RL. In the high seasons it is open daily.
More shops are in Frymburk (ca. 6 km) and in Vyšší Brod (ca. 15 km). Bigger ones in Český Krumlov (29 km).
