Just 200 meters from Residence Lipno, a cycle path runs along the shore of Lake Lipno, its gentle profile making it suitable for the whole family. It features only slight inclines, offers beautiful views of the lake, and allows swimming along almost its entire length during the summer months.

The path is not only suitable for bicycles, but also for inline skating, roller skiing, or simply a leisurely stroll. In winter, when there is sufficient snow, it can be used as a cross-country ski trail.

For the whole family, we recommend a leisurely hike from Residence Lipno along the trail towards Frymburk (9 km). From Frymburk, take the ferry to Frýdava and from there hike along the right shore of the lake to Přední Výton (this section follows a quiet road). From Přední Výton, cross the causeway back to Lipno nad Vltavou. The entire route is approximately 20 km long and, apart from two short climbs, follows the lakeshore – making it very easy.
